    Refunds and Cancellation Policy

    At Foris Voyage Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (“Foris Voyage”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we strive to provide the best travel experiences with full transparency. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which bookings made through our websitewww.forisvoyage.com may be cancelled or refunded.

    Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.

    1. General Terms

    ● All cancellations must be requested in writing via email to support@forisvoyage.com or by contacting your assigned travel consultant.
    ● Cancellations will be processed only after receiving written confirmation from the lead traveler (the person who made the booking).
    ● Refunds, if applicable, will be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
    ● Processing time for refunds is typically 7–14 working days, depending on the nature of the service and third-party policies (airlines, hotels, etc.).
     

    2. Cancellation by the Traveler

    Cancellation charges vary depending on the timing of cancellation and the nature of the booked services.

    Time of Cancellation (Before Departure)

    Cancellation Charges

    45 days or more

    10% of total package cost or minimum booking deposit (whichever is higher)

    30–44 days

    25% of total package cost

    15–29 days

    50% of total package cost

    7–14 days

    75% of total package cost

    Less than 7 days / No Show / Early Departure

    100% of total package cost (no refund)

    Note: Airline tickets, visa fees, and travel insurance once issued are non-refundable, irrespective of the above timelines.

     

    3. Cancellation by Foris Voyage

    We reserve the right to cancel a booking under exceptional circumstances, such as:

    ● Insufficient group size for a group tour
    ● Political unrest, natural calamity, or government restrictions at the destination
    ● Failure by the traveler to make full payment within due dates

     

    In such cases, we will:

    ● Offer an alternative tour/package of similar value, or
    ● Provide a full or partial refund after deducting non-recoverable supplier costs (e.g., airline/hotel charges)

    4. No-Show or Unused Services

    ● No refunds shall be provided for any unused services, including meals, sightseeing, transfers, or hotel nights, once the trip has commenced.
    ● Failure to show up at departure or check-in time will be considered a “No Show” and will result in 100% forfeiture of total cost.

    5. Modifications & Date Change Requests

    ● Requests to change travel dates or modify bookings must be made at least 15 days before departure.
    ● Approval of changes is subject to availability and applicable fare differences.
    ● Any amendment fee charged by airlines or hotels will be borne by the traveler.

    6. Refund Policy

    ● Refunds are subject to receipt of the same from airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
    ● We do not have control over refund timelines of third-party suppliers.
    ● All refunds will be made in Indian Rupees (INR) even if the booking was made for an international destination.
    ● Convenience fees, transaction charges, and taxes are non-refundable.

     

    7. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances

    In events beyond our control—such as natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, flight cancellations, or border closures—refunds will depend on the policies of service providers.

    Foris Voyage will make every reasonable effort to secure refunds or offer alternative arrangements, but we cannot guarantee full reimbursement.

     

    8. Travel Insurance

    We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurancecovering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.

    Refunds from insurance companies (if applicable) must be claimed directly by the traveler.

     

    9. Special Deals and Non-Refundable Offers

    Certain promotional packages or discounted airfares are strictly non-refundable.
    Such terms will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking and override this general policy.
